Isabella Busacca

Isabella’s parents started their access control business in Bakersfield, CA directly out of high school and brought their triplet kids along for the ride. Isabella has seen them build a successful business over a 30-year horizon, allowing her to gain a deep respect for blue collar entrepreneurs.

Isabella studied Economics at UC Berkeley and began her career in technical sales at AWS. She joined 48North Partners as a founding member and has been an essential driver of growth and success since. Today, she helps advise business owners around one of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make – who they choose to sell their business to.
